About Me

My Background

image4

As a child I loved drawing.  I started with crayons on my own skin and slowly moved to the floor.  The floor is an amazing substrate.  From there it went to the walls of the house and then back down to little sticky notes.  I eventually graduated to coloring books and large blank sheets of copy paper.  When I'm not creating art, I'm thinking about creating art.  And when I'm creating art?  I'm thinking about creating even more art!

My Medium

I use many different mediums, such as oils, pencil and found objects. The medium is really dictated by the needs of the piece and the direction I plan to go.

My Inspiration

Inspiration comes to me through the design process.  It is a tried and true method that allows for creativity through diligent work.  Brainstorming along with the random nature of tangents can lead to some wonderful imagery.
